Refund policy

STRICT REFUND POLICY — ZEROFLTR | operated by JcVega Store LLC

3.1. Return Window: The customer has a strict and non-extendable period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. After this period, ZEROFLTR will reject any claim.

3.2. Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Any item showing signs of use or washing will immediately void the right to a refund.

3.3. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is 100% responsible for paying return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.4. Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted for: gift cards, items on sale or clearance, and custom or print-on-demand items produced specifically for the customer.

3.5. Size Policy: ZEROFLTR provides a detailed size chart on every product page. It is the customer's sole responsibility to select the correct size before placing an order. Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection by the customer will not be accepted. Exchanges are only accepted if the item received does not match the size stated on the order confirmation.

3.6. Dispute and Chargeback Process: If the customer initiates a chargeback fraudulently or before following our support protocol, JcVega Store LLC will present all evidence of purchase, accepted policies, and tracking numbers to financial authorities to challenge the charge and may take legal action for fraud.

3.7. Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: For any claim related to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 30 calendar days from delivery. Clear photographs and/or video showing the defect, original packaging, and legible shipping label are mandatory. ZEROFLTR reserves the right to reject any claim that does not include this visual evidence.

3.8. Production & Shipping Time: All ZEROFLTR items are print-on-demand products, meaning each item is produced individually after your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for production plus 3–7 business days for shipping. Total delivery time is typically 5–12 business days. Expedited production is not available. Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs are outside ZEROFLTR's control and do not qualify for refunds.
