SHIPPING POLICY — ZEROFLTR | operated by JcVega Store LLC
2.1. Production Time: All ZEROFLTR items are print-on-demand products, meaning each item is individually produced after your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping time and is not negotiable or expeditable.
2.2. Shipping Coverage: ZEROFLTR currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
2.3. Shipping Times: All orders are shipped through our third-party fulfillment and logistics network based in the United States. Estimated shipping times after production are 3–7 business days for domestic USA orders. Total delivery time is typically 5–12 business days from the date of purchase. ZEROFLTR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, strikes, natural disasters, or any other circumstances outside our control. We reserve a legal delivery margin of up to 30 calendar days.
2.4. Delivery Liability: Once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered" at the address provided by the customer at checkout, JcVega Store LLC is fully released from any liability for theft, loss, or unclaimed packages. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. ZEROFLTR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
2.5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DAP Incoterm): All products are sold under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. The customer is solely responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs charges applied by the destination country. JcVega Store LLC will not issue refunds if the customer refuses to pay customs taxes and the package is returned or destroyed.
2.6. Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, ZEROFLTR recommends checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the marked delivery date. We reserve the right to investigate before issuing any replacement or refund.
2.7. Address Changes: Once an order has been submitted and production has begun, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately at support@zerofltr.com if you need to modify your shipping address. ZEROFLTR is not liable for orders delivered to an address that was incorrectly provided at checkout.
